Axman and his attempts to make the ultimate boot CD²
So, i’m going to have a go at making an awesome boot CD, with things like ‘The Ultimate Boot CD’, the Gparted Live CD
Tom’s RTBT (root boot) floppy, and maybe the reduced version of Phlak if i can get my hands on it. I have no idea if i’ll ever release it if i do make it, but if i can get it working, and licence issues aren’t too annoying, i may well do so. Assuming i can actually make the thing.
I’m using the guide at http://linuxgazette.net/issue85/sipos.html as a reference, it seems to be exactly what I’m looking for. So we’ll see how things go.

Before the first version has even been uploaded, i’m about to finish the second version! v0.02 now includes an OpenBSD liveCD, based on the work by… whoever owns http://www.alti.at/knowhow/obsdlivecd/. I’m about to test this version, make sure it boots ok, make final changes, make the ISO, and upload it! included in this version are:
- UBCD 4.1.1
- GPatred LiveCD 0.3.4-8
- Damn Small Linux vSomething (will check)
- OpenBSD LiveCD firewall 3.8.1
